UCP Oregon is seeking a full-time Personal Assistant to support an older woman living in her SE Portland apartment. You’ll provide personal care, medication reminders, meal prep, and companionship to help her stay engaged in the community.

Shifts run 8am Thursday to 10pm Friday, totaling 38 hours weekly, with holiday coverage. Driving is preferred but not required; transport is via an accessible van. Strong empathy and reliability are essential.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Pass pre-hiring screenings including reference check, a physical with a 50 lb lifting test, and a criminal history background check.
• Drivers strongly preferred; if driving, must have a valid license, 2+ years of driving, and a clean driving record.
• To meet client privacy needs, female applicants will be given preference.
• Experience in mental health or developmental disability fields is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades
