Job summary

Children's Therapy Place, Inc. is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist for our Meridian clinic. We are an outpatient pediatric therapy practice providing speech, occupational, physical, and mental health services with a family-centered approach.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s Degree, CCC-SLP from ASHA, and Idaho licensure. You will evaluate clients, develop and implement treatment plans, document progress, and educate families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CCC-SLP certification from ASHA required.
• Idaho licensure in good standing required.

Responsibilities

• Provides pediatric Speech Therapy services to clients and initiates referrals as appropriate.
• Evaluates clients to collect data for treatment planning.
• Develops and documents treatment plans with short- and long-term goals.
• Implements and monitors treatment plans and modifies as needed to achieve goals.
• Educates clients and families in speech-language procedures and home programs.
• Maintains progress notes, reports, and termination summaries.
