Job summary

Children’s Therapy Place, Inc. is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our outpatient pediatric therapy team in Salmon, Idaho.

You will provide speech-language therapy under the supervision of a licensed SLP, adapting activities and documenting progress while guiding families in home carryover. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology and Idaho licensure eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology.
• Must be eligible to be licensed in Idaho.
• New graduates encouraged to apply; pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to pediatric clients under supervision of a licensed SLP.
• Implement established treatment plans and adapt activities to meet individual client needs.
• Assist with AAC devices and carryover activities for home programs.
• Instruct clients and families in carryover activities and home programs; monitor progress.
• Document therapy sessions and progress per facility policies.
