MetroEHS Pediatric Therapy in Roseville, MI is expanding our team with a passionate Physical Therapy Assistant to join our multidisciplinary group. You will work with licensed PTs to implement individualized plans, guide therapeutic exercises, and engage families in at-home techniques, helping create a safe, welcoming clinic space.

Qualifications

• Completion of a two-year Physical Therapy Assistant associate degree program.
• Physical Therapy Assistant licensure from the state of Michigan.

Responsabilités

• Support children in reaching developmental milestones and improving mobility through hands-on therapy sessions.
• Collaborate closely with licensed physical therapists to deliver individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs.
• Facilitate therapeutic exercises and play-based activities that enhance coordination, balance, and overall physical function.
• Promote family involvement by educating caregivers on at-home therapeutic techniques and progress strategies.
• Track and communicate patient progress, contributing to the refinement of treatment plans and goals.
• Adapt equipment and toys to maximize child engagement and independence during therapy.
• Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-organized therapy space to support effective treatment sessions.
