Job summary

Pediatric Associates is seeking a full-time Pediatrician to join our Bartram Park practice in St. Johns, Florida. This role offers a 4- or 5-day work week with minimal newborn rounding and a Saturday 1:4 schedule, designed for flexibility and work-life balance.

Applicants should have an MD/DO, Florida license or ability to obtain, and board eligibility or certification in Pediatrics. Relocation and sign-on bonuses are available, with a focus on bilingual care where possible.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Completion of ACGME or AOA approved pediatric residency or equivalent.
• Current, Unrestricted Florida license or ability to obtain.
• Current, Unrestricted Florida DEA license or ability to obtain.
• Board eligible or board certified in Pediatrics within five years of completing training.
• BLS certification required.
• PALS as required for hospital appointment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric care at Bartram Park practice.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
• Support flexible scheduling with a 4- or 5-day work week and minimal newborn rounding.
• Participate in weekend coverage as scheduled (Saturday 1:4, 8am–12pm).

Education, Licensure & Certification:

• M.D. or D.O. degree required
• Successful completion of an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) approved post-graduate residency, or equivalent in Pediatrics
• Current, Unrestricted license to practice medicine or the ability to obtain in the State of Florida
• Current, Unrestricted DEA license or the ability to obtain in the State of Florida
• Board Eligible or Board Certification in Pediatrics within five years of completing training
• Meets all requirements to obtain medical staff membership and privileges as required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) as required for hospital appointment
