Qualifications

• Prior experience in processing payroll with ADP is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and knowledge of Windows applications.
• Ability to perform accurate data entry.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Review weekly timecards and applicable paperwork.
• Communicate with field managers on payroll issues.
• Calculate hours and earnings for multiple accounts.
• Conduct data time entry for multiple accounts.
