FirstCash Pawn is hiring for an entry-level Full-Time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate. The role offers an hourly wage of $13.00–$16.00 plus a commission on transactions, with an Earned Wage Access option and 401(k) plan eligibility. Most stores open 9 AM to 6 PM, some locations closed Sundays.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing retail environments is preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced store setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and organized sales floor and displays.
• Communicate clearly with customers about pawn and buy transactions.
