FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking entry-level, full-time Retail Sales Associate for our pawn store locations nationwide, including Texas. The role involves greeting customers, processing sales/loans, and engaging with shoppers while ensuring a positive, professional experience.

You will work with a variety of jewelry and merchandise, and may be required to handle firearms in FFL locations. The position offers competitive hourly pay and commission potential, plus a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with sales, loans, and other transactions.
• Maintain sales floor cleanliness and merchandise displays.
• Process transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
