Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare Inc is seeking a Driver to transport clients across our programs. The role involves driving, supervising clients during transport, and performing housekeeping duties when not transporting. A company vehicle is provided during shifts and a gas card covers fuel costs.

Pay is $16/hour with a Monday–Friday day shift or a Friday–Tuesday evening shift. Initial training runs 2 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm or 10:00am–6:00pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• At least 1 year of driving for a company.
• Maintain a safe driving record and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Transport clients to and from specified regional locations.
• Supervise clients while transporting.
• Fulfill housekeeping duties at locations when not transporting.
• Maintain all necessary documentation for services provided.
• Respond to emergency situations when needed.
• Ability to work alone.

Summary:

The Driver provides transportation services for Pyramid Healthcare clients assigned Pyramid Healthcare programs.

Pay: $16/hour

Shift:

Monday - Friday : Days Off: Saturday and Sunday - 1:00pm - 9:00pm

Friday - Tuesday: Days Off: Wednesday and Thursday - 8:00am - 4:00pm

Important Note Regarding Initial Mandatory Training: Training regardless of the shift you will be working will be Monday - Friday either 8:00am - 4:00pm or 10:00am - 6:00pm for 2 weeks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. of force, if necessary
• Other duties as assigned

Education/Background:

• Valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required
• At least 1 year of driving for a company (any type of company)
• Team player; confidentiality; safety; excellent communication skills; effective interpersonal relationships
• Maintain a safe driving record
• Participates in company offered training and development activities to enhance job knowledge and skills
