Responsabilidades

• Oversees systems and processes to ensure that the Catering to You service objectives are accomplished.
• Supervises catering associates.
• Ensures dietary substitutions align with prescribed diets and patient needs.
• Interacts with nursing to evaluate patient meal service daily, tray completion, delivery and retrieval.
• Responds to patients' needs promptly and resolves concerns or reports to supervisor as appropriate.
