Job summary

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in the state of practice.
• BLS for healthcare providers is required.
• Demonstrated basic computer literacy and ability to document care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver basic patient care tasks under supervision (toileting, bathing, linen changes, hydration).
• Record patient care findings accurately and report changes promptly.
• Assist with telemetry and collaborate with the care team to ensure patient safety.
• Support unit operations and, if needed, perform Health Unit Coordinator duties.
