AutoZone’s Store Management team seeks a Parts Sales Manager to drive sales performance, coach a high-performing team, and deliver WOW! Customer Service while overseeing store operations in the Indianapolis area.

Under guidance of the Store Manager, MITs lead by example, focus on inventory, merchandising, safety, and timely deliveries. This role offers growth within the essential automotive retail industry.

• Flexible schedule: full-time with mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Exceptional communication: strong people skills and bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsabilités

• Leadership – Assist the Store Manager in supervising, training, and developing high-performing employees.
• Communication – Maintain clear interactions with customers and employees for smooth operations.
• Metrics Mindedness – Monitor sales goals, inventory accuracy, and performance standards.
• Process Orientation – Follow store procedures, manage inventory, cash handling, shrink control.
• Teamwork – Collaborate with staff and department leaders for seamless operations.
• Parts Sales & Inventory Management – Lead sales targets and optimize inventory levels.
• Safety & Compliance – Enforce PPE and uphold safety standards.
• Commercial Account Support – Assist in managing commercial/hub departments for deliveries.
• Problem Solving – Resolve customer concerns and store issues promptly.
