Job summary

New Oakland Family Centers in Warren, MI seeks a FACE to FACE Associate Partial Hospital Therapist to join our PHP program. This full-time role delivers individual, family, and group therapy, conducts admissions assessments, develops treatment plans, and coordinates care within a multidisciplinary team.

You will work Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm (or another FTE as determined). Must hold a Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or psychology with active Michigan licensure and professional

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or psychology required.
• Active Michigan clinical licensure (LLC, LLMSW, TLLP, LLP) required.
• Professional liability insurance of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence and $3,000,000 aggregate maintained.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy per PHP model.
• Conduct admissions assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Complete clinical case notes and discharge planning.
• Manage crisis situations with CPI and CPR when needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and participate in meetings.
• Maintain professional boundaries and ethical practice.
