Job summary

Frothy Monkey in Nashville is hiring a Server to join our welcoming team. You will provide warm hospitality, take guest orders, operate POS, and collaborate with a skilled staff to deliver outstanding experiences.

Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected as part of a busy cafe-restaurant environment. We value friendly, dependable teammates who enjoy serving others and contributing to a vibrant community-focused guest experience.

Qualifications

• Standing/walking for extended periods is required.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to work and communicate effectively within a team environment.
• Acquire and maintain proper regulatory serving permits.
• Lift up to 50 pounds safely.

• Be familiar with the local farmers and purveyors we partner with and the relationships that connect our ingredients to our community.
• Take guest orders, operate POS systems, bus tables, run food/drinks, complete required side work and additional duties as assigned.
