Job summary

Jovie is seeking an on-call nanny to care for children in families' homes with a flexible schedule in Pasadena. You will not be required to transport children, but you must provide safe, engaging activities and maintain a clean, orderly environment.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have childcare experience, reliable transportation, and can commit to at least three weekdays for 6–8 hour shifts between 7 am and 7 pm. Paid training and a nanny kit are provided.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Experience working with children, paid or unpaid, infant experience mandatory.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness and ability to travel to various homes.
• Available any 3+ weekdays for 6–8 hour shifts between 7 am and 7 pm.
• Commitment to be communicative and responsive to the staffing supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Care for children in-home, no transport duties.
• Engage children with safe, age-appropriate activities.
• Light clean-up of activities or meals with the child.
