Job summary

Jovie is seeking trustworthy, caring individuals to join our on-call nanny team, providing in-home childcare for infants through toddlers. You will work around a flexible schedule, with shifts typically 6–8 hours on weekdays, and no required transport of children.

Earn $20–$22 per hour with paid training, a nanny kit, and eligibility for benefits such as medical stipend, paid vacation, holidays, and retirement matching for full-time roles. Strong communication with families is valued.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Experience working with children, paid or unpaid; infant experience mandatory.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness and ability to travel to various homes in the area.

Responsibilities

• Care for children in-home; no transportation of children required.
• Engage children with safety and age-appropriate activities.
• Provide light meals and clean-up related to activities with the child.
• Support families with a flexible schedule across multiple homes on 3+ weekdays.
