Job summary

Baltimore County Parking Division seeks a Full Time Maintenance Worker in Towson, MD to perform maintenance and cleaning of parking facilities. You will monitor equipment, assist with repairs, and help ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for parkers.

Shift: Mon-Fri 6:00 am - 2:30 pm with occasional weekends. Must have a High School diploma and a valid Maryland driver's license; lifting up to 50 pounds and exposure to weather are expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Valid Maryland Driver's License required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning on parking equipment and facilities.
• Monitor and report safety hazards to supervisor.
• Assist with repairs and upkeep of parking meters, gates, and pay machines.
• Ensure cleanliness and appearance of garages and lots during shift.
