Job summary

Precision HR Solutions, Inc. (NJ) is seeking full-time paraprofessionals for immediate hire in a special needs school in Willingboro, NJ. The role supports K-12 students with diverse needs and requires daily classroom assistance and duties outside the classroom.

The position runs Monday through Friday, 7:40am to 2:50pm, with a pay rate of $19.50 per hour. Employment is TEMP TO PERM through the school district contract.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience supporting K-12 students with learning, social, emotional or behavioral challenges preferred.
• Willingness to work Monday–Friday, 7:40am–2:50pm in Willingboro, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective, evidence-based special education services for students in grades K-12 who have a history of learning, social, emotional and/or behavioral challenges
• Assist with all aspects of the daily school routine, including distributing and collecting supplies, maintaining attendance records, grading quizzes, and handling any necessary tasks inside and outside the classroom
• Assist the teacher in keeping order or handling emergency situations according to school policies
• Participate in lunch room, recess, hall-monitoring, and bus duties
• Perform other tasks as assigned by administration
