Qualifications

• BLS, ACLS, NREMT-Paramedic certifications required (or equivalent).
• Clean driving record per policy.
• Pass Physical Agility Test.
• Some healthcare work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess each call and determine best course of action.
• Utilize paramedic skills and equipment to provide advanced medical care.
• Communicate with patients and families to provide information and reassurance.
• Lead the scene and manage the unit as needed.
• Drive the ambulance on 911 responses.
• Collaborate with allied health and public safety personnel.
• Participate in community programs to maintain AMR image.
