A benefits package will be offered within 60 days of hire date. Minimum requirements include a WI driver’s license, WI Certified FF1 (within 12 months of hire), and a WI EMT-Paramedic License at time of hire.

The Amherst Fire District is now looking to fill a FULL TIME, Firefighter/Paramedic position to work a 56 hour per week average work schedule on the single paramedic ambulance. Starting wage is approximately $59,000 annually. Anticipated start date will be November 1, 2026
