Responsabilités

• Assist licensed staff in the classroom.
• Aid students in meeting their IEP goals.
• Maintain a classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Work with individuals and/or small groups on activities and assignments.
• Provide support for students in crisis.
• Utilize varied learning methods to enhance student experiences.
• Support behavior management and de-escalation.
• Celebrate and encourage the students.
• Assist with personal care elements as needed (feeding, toileting).
