Job summary

Ryder is hiring permanent full-time Skilled Construction Laborers for our warehouse manufacturing facility in Amarillo, Texas. You will repair and assemble pallets using pneumatic nail guns, power saws, and related hand tools, standing 8–10 hours per shift and lifting up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years in carpentry or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to comprehend basic math.
• Ability to operate power tools safely.
• Must follow repair processes and lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Repair pallets using pneumatic nail gun, grinder, and saw.
• Place pallets on repair table; replace and secure boards.
• Stand for 8–10 hours and lift up to 75 pounds throughout shift.
• Meet CHEP quality standards during repairs.
