Qualifications

• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

Responsibilities

• Make connections with customers, asking questions about their project and giving options and advice.
• Ensure delivery of product to meet quality and service expectations.
• Process customer orders through email, phone, or in-person and through POS.
• Adhere to safety standards and maintain store appearance and inventory levels.
• Communicate clearly in written and verbal forms and assist with color-related inquiries.
