Job summary

Dunn-Edwards is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver excellent customer service and assist both homeowners and professionals with color selection and product recommendations.

The role involves processing orders, maintaining stock, and ensuring a clean, well-organized sales floor while upholding the brand's standard of fast and reliable service. Previous retail or paint industry experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Four years of High School with diploma or GED equivalent; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Make a connection with customers, asking questions about their project and giving options and advice.
• Process customer orders via email, phone, or in person and complete transactions at the POS.
• Maintain store shelves and stock levels; keep the floor clean and organized.
• Uphold Dunn-Edwards store vision of fast and reliable service.
• Communicate clearly in writing and verbally; assist with color selection and product recommendations.
