Includes direct patient care, supervising ancillary staff, participating in quality improvement, risk management, and policy development. Maintains professionalism, confidentiality, and effective communication with patients, families, and staff. Contributes to service excellence, documentation accuracy, and cost-effective practices.
Requires RN licensure, current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications, with at least 2 years of critical care experience. Must be computer literate, able to work under stress, demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and effective communication.
