Keystone Bluffs Assisted Living in Duluth, MN is seeking compassionate CNAs, RCAs or PCAs for full-time or part-time night shifts (10:00pm - 6:00am). Pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 hourly, with shift differentials for the NOC shift.

Located at 2528 Trinity Rd., this facility emphasizes person-centered care and teamwork. No prior experience is required; you will work with a supportive team to follow each resident's care plan and maintain comfort and dignity.

Responsibilities:

• Providing personal care and follow the residents care plan
• Performing delegated nursing and medical care designed by the RN to maintain the residents' physical and emotional well-being.
• Accurately documenting information
• Communicating with RN's and LPN's regarding relevant information pertaining the residents
• Following HIPAA guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous experience is not required
• Must thrive in a teamwork setting

All applicants must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for consideration. Exception: Individuals under the age of 18 may be considered only if they possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license, in accordance with applicable regulations.
