Fleet Feet Nashville is seeking an Outfitter to help customers choose gear and products to cross their next finish line. You will build relationships with customers, vendors and peers while providing personalized solutions.

Additional Requirements

Hours of work for this position are approximately 35-40 hours per week. Requires one regular weekend shift and both opening and closing shift availability. Requires moving around for periods of 2-4 hours without a rest break, task sequencing, and use of point-of-sale computers. Job requires moderate to heavy (10-30+lb) lifting, bending and reaching overhead. Includes substantial communication with customers, work in a retail setting with product displays, stockroom with inventory, use of cutting devices to break down boxes, and potentially slippery surfaces.
