Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our Full-Time team in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 per year, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate patients with functional and cognitive impairments, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve quality outcomes

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR, if required by state.
• Current OT license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
