Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in Niles, IL, in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting. We offer competitive pay, a collaborative culture, and strong opportunities for clinical education and advancement.

You will evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments; create personalized care plans; collaborate with the care team; and maintain compliant documentation and timely physician orders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program.
• Certified by NBCOT as an OTR, if required by the state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
