Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in Streator, IL. You will evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting and collaborate with the care team to develop personalized care plans.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist to apply.
