Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist to apply.
• Graduate from an AOTA-accredited OT program (BS, MS, MA, or OTD).
• NBCOT certification (OTR) required or eligible by state.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are current and obtained.
