Job summary

Golden Hill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center located in Kingston, NY is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to help maximize residents’ independence and health through purposeful activities and expert assessment.

The role requires a current state license and experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred. We offer a competitive hourly wage, generous PTO, 401K, health, dental and vision benefits, and full-time or per diem schedules.

Qualifications

• Must possess current state license in good standing with the State Board.
• Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate accurately and precisely to Patients and Family Members.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• The assessment, treatment, and education of or consultation with the individual, family, or other persons.
• Interventions directed toward developing daily living skills, work readiness or work performance, play skills or leisure capacities, or enhancing educational performance skills.
• Providing for the development of: sensory-motor, perceptual, or neuromuscular functioning; range of motion; or emotional, motivational, cognitive, or psychosocial components of performance.
