Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Current New York State Occupational Therapist License.
• Experience is a plus, though not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and develop treatment plans for residents based on diagnoses.
• Implement treatment plans to improve residents' goals toward functional independence.
• Assess and document residents' progress in re-certifications, progress reports, and daily notes.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and safeguard information.
