Job summary

ASC Engineered Solutions in Greencastle, PA is seeking a Packer (1st Shift) to join its manufacturing team. You will pack boxes to specified quantities, inspect products for quality, and prepare items for shipping.

Work is onsite, Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm. The role requires standing, repetitive motion, lifting up to 50 lbs, and basic computer use. Starting pay is $16.30 per hour with benefits after probation.

Qualifications

• Requires constant standing and walking up to 10 hours per day.
• Repetitive use of both hands up to 10 hours per day.
• Repetitive reaching above shoulder level and bending at the waist.
• Ability to lift boxes and product weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, stoop and twist.
• Ability to utilize a computer.
• Ability to read scales and gages.
• Ability to detect defects in product.

Responsibilities

• Pack boxes of product according to specified numbers per box.
• Visually inspect the product to assure a good quality product is shipped.
