Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with active Iowa RN licensure.
• ACLS, PALS and NRP certifications required.
• Experience in acute care or surgical services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate nursing care in Outpatient Surgery, OR, and Recovery Room.
• Monitor patients, report changes, and adjust care as needed.
• Assist physicians with examinations, procedures, and trauma care.
• Support patients and families during stress or crisis.
• Maintain confidential medical records per HIPAA guidelines.
• Participate in call rotation after hours and meetings.
