GENERAL FUNCTION:

Pearle Vision in Buffalo Grove and Gurnee, IL, is hiring a Sales Associate to join our team of professionals. The basic function of the Sales Associate is to attract and retain patients by delivering an exceptional patient experience, fostering patient retention, and promoting outstanding doctor satisfaction.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive profitable store sales by fostering a retail selling culture through role-playing and effective sales skills.
• Develop professional relationships with other associates and Doctors.
• Fill ophthalmic eyeglass prescriptions, and fit and adapt lenses and frames, including but not limited to:
• Utilize optical prescriptions to meet patient visual requirements.
• Recommend specific lenses and coatings to suit patient needs.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames to prescriptions and needs.
• Perform optical measurements.
• Ensure a quality patient experience through correct pricing, POS entry, and realistic delivery time quotes.
• Guide patients regarding Managed Vision Care.
• Ensure store merchandising aligns with Planogram and company standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
