Target Optical in the United States is seeking an Associate Optometrist (OD) to provide comprehensive eye care, diagnose and treat visual conditions, and maintain high-quality patient relationships.

As a key clinician and leader in the practice, you will collaborate with store teams and regional leadership to deliver excellent patient experiences while upholding clinical standards and brand promises.

Formación

• Graduate of accredited School or College of Optometry.
• Licensed to practice Optometry in the State of practice location.
• DPA and TPA certified.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high quality optometric care to patients.
• Establish a positive Doctor/Patient relationship.
• Conduct services in accordance with clinical protocols and standards.
• Ensure accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Utilize technology to improve patient experiences.
• Collaborate with store/practice team and Field Leadership.
• Maintain office quality systems.
• Lead and train team members.
• Strive to exceed KPI and performance targets.
• Help position the brand as leading optical provider.
