Job summary

Target Optical seeks an Associate Optometrist to deliver high quality eye and vision care. You will examine, diagnose, treat and manage diseases of the visual system as a primary health care provider, working with the team to ensure excellent patient experiences.

As a key leader in the practice, you will help deliver the brand promise and drive growth through collaboration with the team and leadership. The role requires state licensure and ongoing commitment to clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited School or College of Optometry.
• Licensed to practice Optometry in the State of practice location.
• DPA and TPA certified.
• Knowledge of current Optometric technology and practices.
• Strong communication skills – verbal & listening.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality optometric care and services to your patients.
• Establish a positive Doctor/Patient relationship.
• Conduct all services in accordance with clinical protocols and accepted standards of care.
• Ensure all patients receive accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Utilize and effectively leverage all available technology to deliver unsurpassed patient and customer experiences.
• Lead with the store team to build a safe and motivating work environment and drive brand growth.
• Maintain office quality systems and KPI performance.
