Job summary

Eye Trends in North Houston, TX is seeking a full-time Optometrist to join a dynamic, patient-centered team across Conroe, Kingwood, Spring, and The Woodlands. You will provide full-scope optometry and collaborate with the Practice Manager, Patient Coordinator, Optometric Technician, and Optician to deliver high-quality eye care.

The successful candidate will have a Doctor of Optometry degree, valid licensure, and 1–3 years of clinical experience. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree and licensure required.
• 1–3 years of clinical practice experience preferred; new graduates welcome.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills essential.
• Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in clinical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Practice full-scope optometry in modern clinics across Conroe, Kingwood, Spring, and The Woodlands.
• Collaborate with Practice Manager, Patient Coordinator, Optometric Technician and Optician to support growth and access to care.
• See an average of patients per doctor per day; up to 40 hours per week with occasional Saturday shifts.
