Eye Trends in North Houston, TX is seeking an energetic Optometrist for a full-time floating role across Conroe, Kingwood, Spring, and The Woodlands. Provide comprehensive eye care in modern clinics and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver accessible, high-quality patient service.

The ideal candidate holds a Doctor of Optometry and has 1–3 years of clinical experience (new grads welcome), with strong communication, leadership, and business aptitude.

Qualifications

• OD degree with licensure in good standing.
• 1-3 years of clinical practice; new graduates encouraged.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Strong business aptitude and patient service.
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-scope optometry across multiple locations.
• Collaborate with Practice Manager and staff to grow the practice.
• Deliver comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages.
• Support a 40-hour full-time floating schedule across clinics.
