Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking a Full-Time Optometrist to join an affiliated independent practice adjacent to a Warby Parker location in Virginia. You will practice under the clinical direction of supervising optometrist(s) and deliver patient-focused eye care in a collaborative setting.

You'll perform comprehensive eye exams, prescribe eyewear and manage ocular health, while mentoring staff and contributing to a best-in-class patient experience. Licensure in Virginia and ongoing CE are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Doctor of Optometry in Virginia.
• Commitment to high-quality patient care.
• Strong collaboration with store team and clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye exams and contact lens evaluations.
• Prescribe eyewear and manage ocular health per protocols.
• Educate patients and coach staff to support the patient journey.
• Maintain accurate medical records and licensure requirements.
• Collaborate with Store Leader to align goals.
