Warby Parker-affiliated independent optometry practice seeks a full-time Doctor of Optometry to deliver high-quality eye care in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work with a store team to grow the eye exam business while maintaining exceptional patient experiences and accurate documentation.

The ideal candidate will be licensed in Ohio, committed to ongoing learning, and able to lead by example in clinical excellence and patient communication.

Qualifications

• Licensed Doctor of Optometry in the practicing state.
• Strong patient-focused approach and ability to mentor teammates.
• Willingness to learn and adopt new technology in clinical care.
• Not listed on LEIE and in good standing with the state board.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye exams and contact lens evaluations per protocols.
• Partner with store team to grow the eye exam business at the location.
• Prescribe eyewear, contacts, and educate patients on options.
• Maintain detailed medical records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with leadership to align goals and deliver exceptional patient care.
• Stay up to date with clinical practices and continuing education.
