Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and guide patients in selecting frames, lenses and coatings.
• Ensure accurate measurements for lab technicians and oversee production steps.
• Process payments and refunds using the Point of Sale system.
• Educate patients on eyeglass care and product options.
• Process insurance claims and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
• Create and manage patient files with confidentiality.
• Take measurements, prepare work orders, and inspect final products for accuracy.
• Adjust and repair frames as needed and stock merchandise.
• Stay informed about sales, promotions, and company policies.
