Job summary

Medcor is seeking a full-time EMT or Paramedic to serve as an Onsite Health Technician in our employer-based, occupational health clinic in Pueblo, CO. The role starts at $27.00/hour with potential earnings based on experience and performance.

Qualifications

• Valid licensure for the position
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Proficient with EMR software and general computer skills
• Able to lift a 50 lb emergency response bag
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Positive, outgoing personality and willingness to go above and beyond

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with medical and operational leadership at Medcor, local medical providers, client staff and key client contacts.
• Provide patient care and ongoing workers’ compensation case management.
• Facilitate Return to Work (RTW) programs and monitor treatment plans.
• Work closely with outside medical providers.
• Document care using EMR and other tools.
• Build internal team relationships and support onsite employee health and wellness efforts.
