Qualifications

• Active Texas Occupational Therapy Assistant license.

• SNF or long-term care experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Net Health a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapeutic interventions to residents with temporary or long-term disabilities.
• Provide skilled OT services in alignment with physician orders and OT supervision.
• Educate and support patients, families, and caregivers.
• Document treatments, resident responses, and changes in condition.
• Follow established care plans and participate in treatment planning.
• Attend required meetings and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility standards.

Position Summary

As a COTA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide direct patient care. Your role includes implementing treatment plans, supporting resident progress, documenting care, and contributing to the ongoing success of our rehabilitation programs.
