BJC Home Care is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide in-home care for patients in the Missouri region. The role involves evaluating and treating patients in their home, developing and supervising therapy plans, and coordinating with the care team to support recovery and independence.

Specialty home care programs also are available, including adult and pediatric asthma, cardiac, diabetes, orthopedic and wound care programs.

The Metro St. Louis Intermittent Home Care Department of BJC Home Care Services provides home visits to patients in the metropolitan St. Louis area and several nearby counties, with 24 hour on-call home care nursing supervision. Our JCAHO accredited, multi-disciplinary approach combines leading edge technology with a firm belief in the powerful recuperative advantages of receiving home care.
The licensed or registered Occupational Therapist (OT) provides direct patient care activities in the home environment including assessment, evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, and instruction/ supervision of certified occupational therapy practice, and according to physician orders.
