Job summary

The Springs of Waldron is seeking a dedicated Full Time Occupational Therapist to join our care team. You will provide comprehensive OT services, including assessments, treatment planning, and interventions, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and seamless care.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in OT with current licensure and strong communication skills. A supportive team environment and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure or certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design and implement occupational therapy interventions to improve function, mobility and independence.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and strategies.
• Document patient progress and outcomes in electronic medical records.
• Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
