Responsibilities

• Assess new patients and develop plans of care with measurable functional goals.
• Treat patients and educate them on injury, progress and outcomes.
• Re-evaluate progress and revise plans as needed.
• Document evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges and daily progress notes.
• Collaborate with facility staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants as appropriate.
• Provide excellent care and customer service to patients and families.

• Providing excellent care for our patients
• Providing excellent customer service to our patients and family members
• Collaborate with facility staff to ensure excellent care for you patients

• Treating patients, answering their concerns and educating them on their injury, progress and probable outcomes
• Re-evaluating patient progress, revising plans of care and resetting goals
• Complete timely and accurate documentation including; evaluations, re-evaluations discharges and daily progress notes.
