Job summary

Synergy Care, Inc. is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist for a full-time 30-40 hour week in Normal, IL. The position is on-site and focuses on delivering comprehensive patient care as part of a dedicated team.

Requirements

In order to be considered for this position you must be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy or will graduate from such an institution within the next six (6) months.

You must hold a valid National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification and a you must currently hold or be eligible for a valid state license (where appropriate) as an Occupational Therapist.
