Job summary

Westminster Village in Bloomington, IL is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team. The OT will screen, evaluate, discharge plans and revise care under physician supervision, providing personalized care to residents.

Qualified candidates hold a degree in occupational therapy and an active state license, with strong organization and communication skills. Weekend coverage is preferred, and compensation is $50.00–$55.00 per hour.

• Certification and licensure requirements as established by state and national board associations.

• Current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures
